About The Role

Covey is at an inflection point of growth. We’ve grown our revenue in the past year on the strength of AI adoption in the enterprise. This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to join a growing company with strong traction, as well as iterate and build on best practices while executing them.

Responsibilities

  • 2-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
  • A track record of success in selling SaaS subscriptions into net new accounts, demonstrated by consistent overachievement of quota
  • Ability to build and execute a sales strategy using a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Ability to utilize consultative selling techniques to uncover opportunities for our evolving products/services
  • Excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally and across all levels of the organization as we grow the team and its profile
  • Successful track record of self-driven outbound prospecting
  • Excited by a challenge

Compensation

The compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commission plans. Our expected cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role starts at:

  • $153,000 - $253,000 OTE in New York City, NY
  • $153,000 - $253,000 OTE in San Francisco, CA

We use Covey as part of our hiring and / or promotional process for jobs in NYC and certain features may qualify it as an AEDT. As part of the evaluation process we provide Covey with job requirements and candidate submitted applications. We began using Covey Scout for Inbound on September 1, 2023.
